to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
Our standard operating procedures are reinforced and documented
by third party audits conducted throughout
the growing season.
For several years Primus
Labs has provided us with validation of the success
of our food safety program. We maintain an aggressive Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program that
provides extensive documentation and encompasses testing from
our fields all the way to our ground water sources.
