Our new state-of-the-art facility was completed in September, 2003. We have over 5,000 sq feet of office space and 22,500 sq feet of pre-cooling and cooling space. There are 6 pre-cooling tunnels with capacity for 72 pallets. This new technology we are using allows us to cool product quicker & more efficiently to improve the shelf life of the produce. All compressors are computer-controlled and temperatures are monitored 24 hours a day with remote capability. |
